 I-84 to Exit 13 North (Route 9) and veer to right off exit. Get into the left lane immediately. Do not take 1st left (freeway entrance). Take 2nd left (Westage Drive). There is a sign on the brick entrance, but no road sign. Go one block to end to green sculpture. (Behind the green sculpture across the lake is the Mid Hudson Medical Group building.) Turn left there and circle around to right. Take a right at the next stop sign. (There will be MHMG signs along the road). Go 1/4 mile around lake. The building is directly in front of you. Parking with an additional side entrance is on the left.

Take Route 9 into Poughkeepsie. Across from the south entrance at Marist College turn right (if heading north) or left (if heading south) at traffic light to St. Francis Hospital/Washington Street. Turn right onto Washington Street and proceed ¼ mile. At traffic light turn left onto Clark Street. Proceed ¼ mile and turn right onto Green Street. Building is on the left.
